Work Background
The Glenrise Residence is a classic split-level in Harvest Hills that needed a full exterior refresh. The owner wanted a cleaner, modern look, better weather protection, and low maintenance.
We recommended a premium vinyl system for cost-effective durability, paired with new vented soffit and color-matched fascia.
Our focus: tight lines, consistent lap reveals and crisp transitions around penetrations and windows.
The Outcome
We re-sided the home in a deep blue lap profile, aligned courses across elevations and installed vented aluminum soffit to improve attic airflow. Fascia and trims were updated in white for a sharp contrast and long-term resilience.
The result is a clean, modern exterior that stands up to Calgary’s freeze-thaw cycles and hail events while reducing maintenance for the owner.
